Ministering Assignment Card

I'm excited to share with you my Ministering Assignment Card. This is a replacement for the Visiting Teaching Progress I made before.

I thought of not doing the ministering assignment because of the recent changes. One of the sisters and my councilors asked me to continue a printable card for assignments to help them be reminded of their assignments.

It helped my eagerness comes back to me. So, here it is!

The Assignment Card

The frontpage is an explanation or reminder of what ministering is. I used the quote from Sister Jean B. Bingham.

Interview and Reporting

This is the back of the card entitled Relief Society including the motto which is "Charity Never Faileth".

At the right corner, indicated the year and quarter. It means that this assignment card is good for one quarter. It depends on the decision made during your presidency meeting.

Write down the Ministering Sister and her assigned sisters with their birthdays and contact information.

She'll then write below her chosen companion.

We've included in this assignment card the portion for the interviewer and interviewed.

Once a ministering sister has done her assignment, she'll request to be interviewed. This way she will know who was assigned to interview her. She'll give this card to her assigned RS Presidency member for an interview.

Her assigned interviewer will then check the box and write the date of the interview.

We have these stickers of the Relief Society logo and we don't know where are we going to use this. We thought of putting it here when the interview is done.

This card will be given back to the ministering sisters. She may keep this for remembrance of her ministering experience.
