God Will Do Something Unimaginable By Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf

I could not imagine that this talk will help me find a way of making this brand new study guide. This is way different from what I did in my previous post.

I received an inspiration to prepare and present to you the structure of the talk and a personal study guide for reflection.

The first part is the structure of the talk. It will help you understand how the speaker delivers his talk and what message he wants to tell us. This will also help you decide how to compose your lesson for class discussion.

But I still suggest reading the talk carefully and I think 3 times because I read and ponder it 3 times to fully understand the message. And to be able to receive insights and inspirations from the Holy Spirit.

The second part is the personal study guide. Composed of questions that would help you identify the principles necessary for us to learn and apply. This is a spiritual reflection time.

I will be using this new format for the upcoming general conference study guide post. I hope you guys will like it and really use it for your personal study and for your meaningful class discussion.

WHAT I LEARNED

After studying this talk, my mind and heart were filled up with encouragements and reminders. I love this talk. Maybe because this is what I need at this time.

Sometimes it is hard to be positive especially when we are facing a crisis. However, this talk has reminded me that being positive is seeing ourselves reaching our potential after we feel buried by the trials of life or surrounded by emotional darkness.

When we are too focused on our difficult circumstances, we can't imagine how God is preparing us for something unimaginable.

If we continue to do our part, after all, that we can do, the Lord is merciful and is mindful of our efforts. He will help us find better ways that we have not to imagine.

We sometimes say that our minds are powerful but God is the most powerful of all. Even though how hard we think of a better way, we can't think of the unimaginable. It's God's job to think for the unimaginable for us.

I'm excited to share with you today this study guide. If you would like a copy of this, you can download it by clicking the link below.
