San Nicolas Ward Representation of Taiwanese Tribal Dance

Yesterday afternoon, we had our Relief Society Anniversary in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We had a great time. There were six wards participating and each ward presented a song and dance number and have demonstrated delicious food respectively.

My ward, which is San Nicolas Ward, presented a song and dance number. We sang "Bi Ci Xiang Ai or Love One Another" afterward a dance number of a traditional tribal dance of Taiwanese. With the help of each Relief Society in my ward, we made a delicious Sushi.

Here are some of the pictures we had.

During our Homemaking activity. Sushi Making! :-)

Actually, we are trying to find out something here. Guess what? :-)

Picture from Sis. Jessica. I like the view of our table. :-)
.

Sister Nolasco made this yummy sushi.

We took a group shot before the activity start.

We sang "Bi Ci Xiang Ai" (彼此相愛) or Love One Another. We sound pretty good in Chinese.

Our performance was a representation of the same dance I saw when I was in Taiwan. Here's a video of our performance.

If you are interested in this song you can download it from here. I included lyrics in Chinese romanization. Enjoy!

I would like to express my thanks to Sister Chen from Daliao Ward at Kaoshiung City, Taiwan for sending me the mp3 file of the song and all the Relief Society sisters who participated and rendered their time, money, and effort for this event. My heart goes into you all! Thank you so much!
