Family Home Evening Chart

My Family Home Evening is an inspired idea from this talented sister!
Today, I shared this Family Home Evening Chart to our Relief Society Meeting to help sisters improve Monday meetings and strengthen families.
If you don't have idea what FAMILY HOME EVENING is, you can learn it from here.
We know that making Family Home Evening Chart will help us, sisters, to make it easier to plan Monday meetings, will reminds us, and a fun way for children and parents to enjoy!

"I begin with family home evening. We cannot afford to neglect this heaven-inspired program. It can bring spiritual growth to each member of the family, helping him or her to withstand the temptations which are everywhere. The lessons learned in the home are those that last the longest."
Pres. Thomas S. Monson, "Constant Truths for Changing Times," Ensign, May 2005,19.

TO LEARN TO PRIORITIZE FAMILY HOME EVENING IS ESSENTIAL.
BE CONSISTENT.

Family Home Started: 1915, Pres. Joseph F. Smith urged the Latter-day Saints to set aside one evening a week devoted specifically to the family.

A time of teaching

A time of reading the scriptures

A time of cultivating talents

A time of discussing family matter

Here's how we do it:

 Materials needed:
Cardboard, carton, or any kind of board
Art paper, color paper, wrapping paper or scrapbook paper
       Ribbons
Printed "Family Home Evening" in different font style
       Paper Clips
       Glue
       Adhesive Tape
       Scissor

How to do..

I got this cardboard from the carton of magnets for sensor. I saved this for future use. Like this time, I brought this to our Relief Society Meeting and use it as FHE Chart. I like this one because it look like a frame.
Cover it with scrapbook paper.
I printed "Family Home Evening" with this cute font. Cut and paste it in front of black paper. This way it will make the words clear.
I printed the words in size 20 just enough to see it.
After that I paste it to a red paper. Arrange it accordingly and paste it to the cardboard.
It will now look like this. By the way, I also cover the frame with scrapbook paper. I cut ribbons. Insert it between frame and the main board and glue.
It will now look like this. Assign family members in your Family Home Evening!

To attached the holder, make a small hole in the corners and insert the ribbons both corners. Knot the both ends of the ribbons. That's it! Hope that it was clear. If you have doubt please let me know. Thanks!
