Inspired from ARTMIND. In this tutorial she used contact paper. I can't find this material so I just use Transparency which is okay. You can use glue stick or liquid to put into your card.
I just notice something, my hubby and I tried to use Red metallic acrylic but it didn't work.
In this card, write the message first. And make sure that it will not go outside the heart boundary.
After writing why you love him... Cover it with the heart and gave it to him in a sweeter way or your own special and simple way.
Let him scratch off the card so he'll be thrilled. ;-) I know he will. :-) My hubby knows already how things work out. I think he will not be excited anymore. I will think how to do this that will surprise him. :-)
