It has been a long time without posting. HOOO! There are so many things that I'm excited to share with you. I wanted to share first the last month's Relief Society Meeting we had.
We had a homemaking activity for our Relief Society Meeting last January. We were few but we enjoyed it. We learned how to make Siomai and also it was fun to let everyone eat our Siomai! :-)

Maggi Magic Sarap
Procedure:
1. Mix siomai filling ingredients in a bowl. Set aside in
the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Fill each siomai wrapper with 2 tsp filling.
3. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Serve warm with a dip made of soy sauce and calamansi
juice.
We cooked to 2 sets of this recipe. We group the sisters into two, so that everyone could participate during the cooking preparations. It is so enjoyable to cook with the Sisters and eat with everyone!
I've learned how to cook Siomai (obviously! *_* ) and learned some cooking techniques from the Sisters. Awesome! :-)
