Family Group Record Numbering

How to Assign Family Group Record (FGR) Number ?

When you've got a lot of Family Group Record, the next thing to do is to number them accordingly. Oh~~ I'll get crazy if I won't.

Now, I will show you how I number the FGR under FGR 3.

 

 For example, let us just say FGR 3 has 2 children.

So, I have to make 2 additional Family Group Record.

This is how I number my Family Group Record.

If No. 1 child of Child 2 got married..

And so on..


I could easily recognize to which generation a grand grand child is connected.
